This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data when you use our website, booking system, and services in Mauritius. We comply with the Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017.
1) Data Controller
B&B Mobile Car Wash Ltd is the data controller for personal data processed for our services.
2) Personal data we collect

Identity & contact details: name, phone, email, company, address, vehicle registration.

Booking & payment data: appointment details, service type, transaction references (we do not store full card details).

Communications: enquiries, emails, chat messages, call notes.

Site/device data: cookies, IP, browser type, pages viewed, and similar analytics.

Evidence photos: optional before/after photos of the vehicle to document condition (see §7).
3) How we collect it

7) Photos & recordings
With each job we may take limited before/after photos of exterior/interior areas strictly to: (a) record pre-existing condition, (b) show completed work, and (c) resolve disputes. Photos are retained as in §9 and are not published without your consent.
8) Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time for marketing. To exercise rights, contact us at (bnbmobilecarwash@gmail.com). You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commissioner (Mauritius).
9) Retention

Booking & invoice records: 7 years (tax/records).

Evidence photos & service notes: up to 12 months, or longer if a dispute is open.

Marketing data: until you unsubscribe.
We delete/anonymise data when no longer needed.
10) Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures (access controls, encryption in transit, least-privilege access).

Booking & Service Terms (Mauritius)

These Terms apply to all bookings with B&B Mobile Car Wash Ltd. By booking, you agree to them.
1) Appointments & access

You must ensure legal access to the vehicle and parking permission at the site.

We may require you to unlock your vehicle if you booked a full detail service from our website.
2) Pricing & payment
-
Prices are shown at booking.
-
Payment is due at booking or on completion (as stated).
-
Any parking or access fees at your site are your responsibility.
3) Cancellations, rescheduling & no-shows
-
Non-refundable window: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable.

Reschedule: You may reschedule (subject to availability). Changes within 24 hours may incur a fee (up to the booking value).

No-show/vehicle unavailable: If we arrive and cannot start within 15 minutes due to access or vehicle unavailability, the booking is treated as a late cancellation.
4) Right to refuse or cancel
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking and refund you in full if we are unable to perform the work (e.g., unsafe conditions, severe weather, incorrect vehicle type, unsuitable location, or other reasonable cause).
5) Vehicle condition & exclusions

Please remove valuables and child seats where possible. We are not responsible for loose or aftermarket items that are not securely fitted.

We may refuse or surcharge for excessive contamination (biohazards, heavy tar, tree sap, pet hair, mould).

Our waterless process is paint-safe for factory clear-coat. We are not liable for existing defects (oxidation, peeling clear-coat, poor resprays, wraps, decals, brittle trims) that may become more visible after cleaning.
6) Damage & claims

We take care to protect your vehicle. Any claim must be reported within 24 hours of service with photos and reasonable proof.

We are not liable for scratches, dents or other issues observed after the wash without proof that our service caused them.

We will compensate for damages actually caused by our employees during the course of their employment, up to the limits below. We are not otherwise liable (e.g., where damage results from pre-existing defects, aftermarket accessories, poor prior repairs, or site hazards).
7) Liability cap
To the fullest extent permitted by Mauritian law:

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss (loss of use, business, or profit).

Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8) Customer responsibilities
You agree to: (a) provide accurate booking info (vehicle type/registration number), (b) ensure safe, legal working space, (c) disclose known defects or sensitivities (e.g., repainted panels, PPF, ceramic, wraps), and (d) remove valuables. You indemnify us for losses arising from unsafe sites or your breach of these Terms.
9) Weather & force majeure
Adverse weather, emergencies, strikes, epidemics, or events beyond our control may require rescheduling. We are not liable for delays caused by such events.
10) Corporate/site permissions
Where the service is performed in third-party car parks (e.g., offices/estates), you are responsible for obtaining permission. We comply with site safety rules.
11) Photos & quality evidence
We may take limited before/after photos to document condition and quality (§Privacy Policy §7). These are retained for dispute resolution and are not used in marketing without your consent.
12) Complaints
Please email bnbmobilecarwash@gmail.com within 24 hours of the service with details and photos. We aim to resolve complaints fairly and quickly.
13) Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius. The courts of Mauritius have exclusive jurisdiction.
Governing law. These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Mauritius.

Good-faith resolution first. If a dispute arises, the parties will first try in good faith to resolve it by email/phone within 7 days of written notice of the dispute.
14) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at booking applies.
